Salwa started the Readocil and Grandung (Gerakan Anti Perundungan / Anti Bullying Movement) Community with a passion for improving children's literacy through a reading community and group reading activities. With just 13 books, Salwa transformed her home into a mini library. She invited her friends and neighborhood children to read her book collection, either independently or together through read aloud sessions. Besides literacy activities, Salwa also provides a safe sharing space to support and strengthen community members who are victims of bullying. Now, Salwa's reading club has grown to include more than 1200 book titles. Salwa dreams that every child will love reading, so their literacy and critical thinking skills continue to develop. She also wants to ensure that every child has a safe place to express themselves and be free from bullying.
