Sobre Maylyn F.
Maylyn is organizing debate clubs, diplomatic conference simulations, and programming classes for teenagers across countries.
While education should surface the best potentials of every student, Maylyn saw that the education system around her provided more opportunities for students who were good at mathematics and natural sciences to join competitions and sharpen their skills. Together with her co-founders who have done similar works in other countries, Maylyn created EDUCE to provide a free platform for students to host workshops, tournaments and tutoring sessions on public speaking, international relations, diplomacy, as well as computer programming. In 2025, EDUCE has directly engaged over 600 individuals through their programs, with over 50 mentors and volunteers from 20 countries contributing to their efforts, including Bangladesh, Uganda, Vietnam, and Hungary.
The mentality that "everyone is a changemaker" is crucial for Maylyn because it emphasizes that change doesn’t have to come from an external, authoritative figure; it can come from anyone, anywhere, as long as they’re willing to step up.
