As a global senior leader for nearly two decades at Ashoka, Jason is the Executive Director of Ashoka's Spiritual Changemakers Initiative, having led Ashoka’s functions around sourcing, selecting and engaging Ashoka’s world leading social entrepreneurs. Prior, Jason led Ashoka’s Global Talent function, among other roles. Before Ashoka Jason worked with an Ashoka Fellow to enable 12-step spiritual principles and practices for addictions recovery, equity and agency for persons homeless because of addictions. Earlier, he co-launched a transitional home for street youth in Santa Cruz, Bolivia with the Salesians of Don Bosco. His formation also includes strengths-based organizational development, integral coaching, spiritual growth through rites of passage with Illuman.org, and civil engineering. The father of four changemakers, he co-founded Thrive in Relationship with his wife Caroline to foster relational wellbeing and growth for couples worldwide.
Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) and Ashoka have partnered together in promoting innovative solutions to challenging health problems since 2010. By exploring the intersection of social entrepreneurship, employee talent development, and healthcare networks the teams have co-designed "win-win" solutions to global healthcare challenges. Solutions have come through increasing individuals’ access to healthcare and community health issues, especially underserved populations. Over 5 years, the team has supported 75 Making More Health fellows in 47 countries, launched 3 global open-source competitions finding 800+ health innovations worldwide, and engage 10% of BI's global workforce of 45,000.

McKinsey & Company also support Ashoka Fellows with personal consultations that will help launch and scale Fellows' strategy and impact.
