Join 10 inspiring women changemakers from across 6 European countries for two days of learning, exchange, and inspiration. You’ll get exclusive access to the Romanian Business Leaders Summit (RBLS), the annual gathering of top entrepreneurs and business leaders in Romania  

You will also get to attend Ashoka Romania’s side event, crafted to give you actionable tools, insights, and motivation to tackle today’s biggest social challenges and amplify your impact. 

👀 How does it work?  

This opportunity is part of Coop4Equality, funded by the Erasmus+ program and delivered by Empow’Her Global, Nova SBE Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center, Ashoka Romania, Pranado gGmbH, Digital Leadership Institute, Stimmuli for Social Change. 
The project aims to strengthen gender-lens approaches in the social entrepreneurship ecosystem and co-create more inclusive, collaborative structures for all stakeholders.

🚀 This opportunity is free and all your travel (to and from Bucharest), accommodation (27-29 April), catering costs (28-29 April), will be covered.

✔️ Selection Criteria

• Your project demonstrates a gender-inclusive approach and a clear social and/or environmental impact
• English proficiency (working level C1)
• You are based in France, Belgium, Portugal, Romania, Germany or Greece
• Availability to travel to Bucharest on 28–29 April 2026 (arrival 27th April)

📝 Selection process

• Apply by: 25 March
• Ashoka Romania is leading the selection process, finalists notified: 27th March
• Final cohort announcement: 3rd April
