Casilda is responsible for recruiting Social Entrepreneurs at Ashoka Spain and coordinates the financial department. Casilda began her professional career implementing a microcredit program for people with disabilities in Malawi, working with África Directo. In 2011, she decided to return to the continent to coordinate education, healthcare, and microcredit programs in Uganda. With a degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's in Microcredit for Development from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Casilda is an avid traveler, biker, and a lover of the countryside.
