We are happy to invite you to the third of five webinars organized by Informal Educational Group SZTAMA, the laureate of the second edition of the WzmocniONE Program, in partnership with Ashoka Poland! Our webinars will feature international experts on masculinity, engaging men in anti-violence activities and working with men and boys. You will have a chance to learn about good practices, important experiences and standards that our guests implement in their communities in other countries and continents.
This webinar will be narrated by Ashoka Fellow William Muir who has held senior management positions in corporate and social sector international organisations. He is an expert on social and environmental risk, with a specialisation in community programming to change men's knowledge, skills and attitudes towards women. As co-founder of Equal Community Foundation (ECF) Will has led the strategy, senior team development and financing of an award winning social enterprise with a mission to raise every boy to be gender equitable and non violent. This journey reflects his passion for early stage organisations with the potential for massive societal change.
Having spent 10 years working on field program development in India as a proof of concept, and importantly learning the limitations of individual professional and organisational efforts, and the need to collaborate, Will is currently focused on developing a scalable framework for system-level change at a global level, by conducting national level research and leadership development programs.
The webinar will be facilitated by: Agata Stafiej-Bartosik from Ashoka Poland
The webinar will be held in English with simultaneous translation to Polish. Polish translation and the possibility of asking questions will be available only on Zoom, after registration.
