María holds a degree in Psychopedagogy (Catholic University of Santiago del Estero). She holds a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management and Communication (FLACSO). She worked for five years as an educational and training program coordinator at Fundación Leer. She was a project coordinator, responsible for the design and implementation of volunteer and CSR programs at Fundación Compromiso. She is currently responsible for Ashoka's social entrepreneur search and selection program and coordinator of the organization's social entrepreneur network.
