T'Cha Dunlevy: Bridging Quebec's cultural divides under COVID-19
We could all use some good news right about now. COVID-19 has ravaged Quebec, and particularly Montreal, which has become a hotspot of the pandemic in Canada and around the world. And while politicians and the populace formed a united front over the first month of the lockdown, things have fallen apart since. Divisions are everywhere: between old and young, rich and poor, Quebec and the ROC, Montreal and the rest of the province, hard-hit areas and those less affected, English and French. The message: we’re all in this together.
