The culinary camp of La Tablée des Chefs in Quebec

Aspiring chefs, sharpen your knives! La Tablée des Chefs' culinary camp is coming to Quebec City for the first time. La Tablée des Chefs is a non-profit organization whose mission is to feed people in need while promoting culinary education. From June 24 to August 16, 2019, young people aged 10 to 15 can enjoy workshops and training activities at the Grand Marché de Québec, the future neighbor of the Videotron Centre. For five days (Monday to Friday), professional chefs will share their knowledge on topics such as ancestral cuisine, fermentation, insects, food waste, and more.

Eight sessions are offered at a cost of $431.16 (taxes included). Space is limited to 16 participants per session and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
