Ariela holds a degree in Educational Sciences (UBA) and joined Ashoka in 2015 in charge of organizing the Generación Cambio youth gatherings. She has worked as an educator in both formal and informal settings, working with both children and adolescents. In recent years, she has specialized in youth work and teacher training, a role she held at the Argentine Hebrew Organization Macabi, where she continues to collaborate in the area of ​​educational training and innovation. She is a member of the Schusterman Foundation and the Latin American Jewish Congress, through which she organizes interreligious dialogue activities. She coordinated social activities with young African refugees in Israel during her internship there in 2011. Ariela currently coordinates the youth initiative for Ashoka Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
