So that no young person gives up on their studies due to lack of information, Paula co-created Access+
Paula, a 20-year-old from the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro, turned her struggles with access to education and information into a powerful solution: Access+, a free platform that centralizes over 160 educational and extracurricular opportunities for low-income youth.
After facing precarious conditions in public schools and navigating opportunity gaps even at a prestigious institution, Paula realized that the barrier wasn’t interest, but access. With three other public school students, she co-founded Access+, which has already reached hundreds of students.
Today, she leads the initiative with a focus on innovation, working on AI tools, personalized newsletters, and outreach strategies to ensure that Brazil’s youth can finally access the future they’ve long been promised
