Nicholas

Nicholas, student of Portuguese Language and Literature at the Federal University of Ceará, co-founded Grupo Delfos to democratize access to information for public school students in underserved areas of Fortaleza.

Raised by a single mother, he began his journey through youth leadership and the Bolsa Jovem (Youth Scholarship) program, where he noticed how lack of basic information excluded many from opportunities.

Today, Grupo Delfos reaches students through reading clubs, audiovisual workshops, and campaigns that connect them to educational and professional pathways. With a co-leadership model that values horizontal decision-making, Nicholas aims to expand the collective’s work, strengthen partnerships, and launch a mentorship program to help more young people recognize their power as agents of change.
